Tigertree and Cub Shrub are currently seeking part-time holiday help to work the register and provide customer assistance! If you have a passion for our products, thoughtful gifting, and are ready to spread some holiday cheer, we want you on our team! A fun and fast-paced work environment (as well as employee discount!) await at our bustling shop.

This position will offer part-time hours, so we are looking to bring on people who can commit to a set schedule of 3-4 days per week for the month of December, working full shifts those days (7-8 hours). We are aiming to start seasonal hires the week of Thanksgiving to get in some training!

This position requires the following:

• Sales floor duties to include customer service, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining store presentation.
• Nimble use of point-of-sale technology (register), database searching, and use of Microsoft products which will require excellent attention to detail and minimal errors for our busiest season of the year.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and teammates.
• Reliability and punctuality exhibited by consistently meeting work schedule expectations.
• Demonstration of honesty and trustworthiness, taking ownership of mistakes and actively working to improve.
• Remaining stationary for periods of time and traversing the store for the duration of the shift (we offer cushy standing mats at POS).
• Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to access products and materials.
• For Cub Shrub hires, knowledge of child development ages 0-5 is preferred.
