*A 7.5% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to an Ohio address.
Shipping and Handling:
Most orders will ship within 24hours, except when impacted by holidays.
Tracking:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping.

Rest Of The World
We are so sorry but for the time being we are unable to ship internationally. We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers. We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards purchased prior to 2019 may not work on our website due to an update. Please email josh@shoptigertree.com with your card number and we will verify the card amount for you and add the information to our online system.
Returns and Exchanges:
Online purchase Returns
All sales are final on sale/discounted merchandise and vintage items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Columbus store. Conditions state above apply to in person returns.
In Store purchase Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt to be credited to the original form of payment, or for store credit or exchange. All sales are final on vintage and discounted merchandise.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Online Security:
Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
