Shipping and Handling

Most orders will ship within 24 hours, except when impacted by holidays. At this time we are unable to ship to mail forwarding services. 


All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been processed and awaiting carrier pick up.

 Rest Of The World

For the time being we are unable to ship internationally and to U.S. territories. We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers.  We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.  

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased online will be emailed to you or your recipient within 24 hours and may only be used for online shopping. Physical gift cards for in-person shopping may be purchased in store. Gift cards never expire or depreciate in value.

Gift cards purchased prior to 2019 may not work on our website due to a system update. Please use our contact methods listed at the bottom of this page with your gift card number on hand so we can process a new card for you. 

Returns and Exchanges

Online purchase Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of return shipping.

All sales are final on edible/food products, custom or special orders, sale merchandise and vintage items. Return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Columbus store. Conditions stated above apply to in person returns.

In Store purchase Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt to be credited to the original form of payment or for store credit or exchange. Return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. All sales are final on vintage and clearance merchandise. 


If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
