*A 7.5% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to an Ohio address.


Shipping and Handling:

Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that, at this time, we are unable to process international orders where the shipping and billing address differ.  


Tracking:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping. We are sorry to say that we cannot offer tracking numbers on international orders at this time.

We are so sorry but for the time being we are unable to ship internationally.  We just aren't able to manage our international shipping costs in a way that makes sense for both us and our customers.  We hope to have this problem solved in the near future.  

Notice

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.  Please also note that we are unable to proccess orders whose billing and shipping country do not match.  We apologize for the inconvenience.


Gift Cards:

Please note that gift cards purchased at our High Street store will not automatically work on our website.  Please email niki@shoptigertree.com with your card number and I will verify the card amount and add the information to our online system. 


Returns and Exchanges:

Online purchase Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges.  Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping.  All sales are final on sale merchandise and vintage items. At this point that includes all apparel excluding our graphic tee collections as we are phasing out clothing. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Columbus store.  Conditions state above apply to in person returns.

In Store purchase Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt to be credited to the original form of payment or within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All sales are final on vintage and clearance merchandise.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.


Online Security:

Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.


Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
