We're Moving!

When we closed the shop we said we’d be back. If I am being honest with you I didn’t really believe it. I wanted to believe it. That’s the sort of thing you say when you’ve lost something and you’re trying to stay positive. I certainly didn’t think we’d be talking about it so soon. So it makes me so happy to share some huge news: we’re moving to Clintonville!

Lining up almost exactly 14 years to the date we opened in our beloved Short North is a bittersweet departure. We made many great business and personal friends in the neighborhood. It’s weird that it will no longer be the place from which we operate, but it’s always going to feel like home to us. I have a feeling before too long we’ll find a way to still have a presence there. 

Our new space is incredible (yes our old space is also incredible) and perfect for how things are going to work around here moving forward. It’s actually two connected storefronts so we have a ton of space to spread out. We’re adding even more great gift, home and card brands and we’re going to have space for online and in-person courses and classes. 

For the near term our focus is still ecom. If you’re local we’ll have dedicated parking for curbside pickup but not too far into the future we’re going to be reopening for brick and mortar sales! Initially it’s going to look a lot like it did last summer. We’ll be operating at very limited occupancy with strict safety measures in place. We’ll be announcing more on all of that over the coming months. 

We’ll be slowly transitioning over the next few weeks and we’ll let you know once the address will change for pickups. We’re going to work hard to not encounter any shipping delays along the way as well. 

Thanks so much for sticking with us over the past year. We can’t wait to share this new space with all of you and all of our new friends and neighbors in Clintonville!
