Founded by the former lead designer of RRL (Ralph Lauren's workwear-inspired sub-line), Grayers takes its name from a colloquial term in post-war England referring to the young person's abandonment of the stuffy three-piece suit that almost every English male wore, instead embracing casual grey flannel trousers, or, Grayers. The brand stays true to its name by offering vintage prep and sportswear-inspired items (think tartan plaids, gym henleys, and donegal knits) that while simple, aren't basic at all, and feature both modern and classic workwear detailing that feels right at home next to an old corduroy blazer or modern, dark denim.
